Delete your account

Homes.sy is the property marketplace published on Google Play and the App Store by Shard Soft EOOD. You can delete your account, and everything stored against it, at any time. You do not need to contact us to do it.

From the app

Open the Homes.sy app and go to Account → Profile → Delete account. Enter your current password to confirm. The account is removed straight away.

From this website

Sign in at www.homes.sy, open Profile, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page. Enter your current password to confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Write to us from the email address on the account through the contact page and ask for the account to be deleted. We will confirm the request from that address before acting on it.

What is deleted

Deleting the account removes, permanently and immediately:

• your account details — name, email address, phone number and password;
• every listing you published, together with its photos, specifications, location and price history;
• the contact phone number and email address stored on those listings;
• your saved listings and saved searches;
• the enquiries and messages you sent or received;
• your agency profile, if you had one;
• your sign-in sessions on every device.

What is kept

Nothing tied to your account is kept in the site database once the deletion completes. There is no additional retention period and no way to restore the account afterwards, so download anything you want to keep before you delete it.
